The size of your prostate often has very little to do with your symptoms.

I've seen patients with massive prostates who have minimal issues, while others with smaller prostates can barely function.
A normal prostate is about 30g (size of a walnut). Anything over 40g is considered enlarged.

But here's the kicker - I've seen men with 90g prostates (three times normal size) who have minimal symptoms.
Meanwhile, others with smaller prostates literally struggle to function daily.

This is why traditional treatments often miss the mark - they focus on size instead of the real problem.
