Join us at Divine Yoga under the Total Lunar Eclipse and Full Worm Moon in Virgo, a powerful threshold of release, revelation, and embodied renewal. This lunation invites us to walk the humble path of healing—where clarity arises not through striving, but through devotion to what is simple, honest, and life-giving.
The Worm Moon marks the quiet return of life beneath the soil after winter, symbolizing renewal that begins below the surface. Amplified by eclipse energy, hidden patterns and truths come into the light, inviting us to compost self-judgment, perfectionism, over-efforting, and habits that keep us busy but disconnected from wellbeing.
Virgo, in its highest expression, is the healer’s sacred craft—mindful, practical, and compassionate. Under this eclipse, attention naturally turns to the body and daily rhythms: health, nervous-system regulation, work routines, boundaries, and how we offer service without self-erasure. Healing here is lived through breath, digestion, rest, sleep, and small, intentional acts of care.
Eclipse energy asks us not to force change, but to surrender control and trust divine reorganization. What is out of alignment becomes clear, allowing simplicity, humility, and grounded flow to replace striving and self-criticism.
The resonant frequencies of the gongs will support deep energetic clearing, nervous-system soothing, and gentle integration—guiding you back into coherence, vitality, and embodied presence as a new cycle quietly takes root.

- Pranayama warm up to prepare for the Gong Sound Healing and maximize the positive benefits,
- Layout for 45 – 50 min. Gong Sound Healing (body temperature may drop during deep relaxation so, bring yoga mat, blanket and socks)
-Sound Healing concludes with Koshi Chimes
-Gently returning to body awareness with guided awakening exercises
