A Celebration of Life, the 10year Anniversary on the passing of Senior Airman Corey Austin Fowlkes, while serving this great country, is happening in a small ceremony this evening.
From his Father, Trey, my best friend in High School:
"As we prepare for this Celebration of Life, for my son, Corey, it is rare to hear someone was taken from us from severe Sleep Apnea. My beautiful son suffered from this condition for several years. As he had just been diagnosed and was actively being treated by our military health system (they worked hard to help him), he passed from this unheralded killer.
