💫 Everything is energy and carries a vibrational frequency.
During my Reiki sessions, the energy speaks in images, colors, and sensations so vivid they’re unforgettable when they come through.
Yesterday, while working with a longtime client who’s been sensing a “heavy energy” stuck in her field, I felt something massive release, energetically the size of a large dinner plate, blow out through my back like a force of nature. It physically moved my body backwards.
What I saw? A shadow with a white ring around it… like a solar eclipse. 🌑 This powerful imagery can symbolize:
— Suppressed trauma
— Deep emotional wounds
— Ancestral patterns leaving the auric field
— Or a transition and rebirth — the death of an old identity or energetic form, making space for newly recharged energy to flow freely.
This is the kind of energetic imprint that can sit heavy in the body or field for years; until the right moment arrives for release.
Once this energetic plug was cleared, I saw in my mind’s eye what looked like a circuit board of light — energy zipping around, arrows pointing in all directions. The energy now had direction, purpose, and power.
She and I both opened our eyes. She said:
“It felt like a plug of sludge had been removed from my system. The energy is finally flowing freely.”
