Her leadership has made a real difference, for her team, for AMSURG, and for the patients we serve.

Did you know some of the brightest minds in eye care are helping shape the future of outpatient vision surgery?

We’re fortunate to work with ophthalmologists who not only treat patients with compassion and skill; they also help us improve care across all AMSURG surgery centers. Through our Physician Advisory Board, they bring new ideas to the table that make procedures safer, smarter, and more effective.

Their guidance reflects one of our core values: cultivate integrity to build trust.

Thanks to their partnership, we continue earning the trust of patients and families across the country, one clearer vision at a time.

We believe the best care starts with how we care for each other. 💙 At AMSURG, compassion isn’t just for the bedside; it’s woven into every corner of how we work and who we are.

🗣️ “When we care deeply, we go beyond just working together — we uplift, support, and celebrate each other.”
— Emily Redding, VP, Financial Services & Assistant Controller

When our teams feel supported, our patients feel it, too. That's the power of care that truly runs deep. 💛

Today, we honor Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the U.S. and celebrates the strength and contributions of Black Americans.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect on how far we’ve come and the work still ahead in building a more inclusive and compassionate future.

At AMSURG, we are committed to caring deeply by treating every patient with the dignity and care we would offer our own family.

June is Cataract Awareness Month! 👁️💙

Cataracts are one of the leading causes of vision loss, but the good news is, they’re treatable! At AMSURG outpatient surgery centers, our amazing care teams help restore vision every day through safe, effective cataract removal and lens replacement.

If you or a loved one is experiencing blurry vision, sensitivity to light or trouble seeing at night, it might be time for a comprehensive eye exam. Let us help you see clearly again! https://bit.ly/3VY5TjV

At AMSURG, we believe care starts with how we treat one another. That’s why our core value of Care Deeply guides every interaction with patients, teammates, and partners. 💙

We treat everyone with the compassion and respect we would offer our own families, because that’s what true care looks like.

As Jenn Leyva, Sr. Manager of Training and Development, shares:
🗣️ “For me, Care Deeply means going above and beyond for our Center Administrators and their teams every day to ensure they have the tools and the support they need to deliver excellent patient care!”

When our teams feel supported, our patients feel it too.
