Breast augmentation is not one size fits all. There are many options to consider:

1) What type of implant?
2) What size?
3) Where to put it in the breast
4) Is a lift needed as well?

Our lovely patient opted for Motiva implants placed in the subfascial plane (above the muscle). Her recovery was easy and with little pain as the muscle was left intact. We used different sized implants to improve her symmetry. She is only a month postop and doing great!
