Facebook friends, I strongly recommend you watch the documentary series on Netflix titled The Social Dilemma. Prior to this documentary, I have often warned others of an insidious plan to use this platform to control people. I am permanently deactivating my facebook account. It is easy to find me on my website, if you are really a friend.

The documentary exposed how large social networking companies like Facebook have created algorithms which are causing humanity to take on highly negative beliefs, feelings, habits and ways of connecting with each other.
It’s reached the point where government officials and engineers within these companies are sounding the alarm.

Many times the Buddha instructed that body, feeling, mental formations, perception and consciousness are all impermanent. Body is not self, feeling is not self, mental formations is not self, perception is not self and consciousness is not self.

“Psychotherapy is the only form of therapy there is. Since only the mind can be sick, only the mind can be healed. Only the mind is in need of healing. This does not appear to be the case, for the manifestations of this world seem real indeed.

Psychotherapy is necessary so that an individual can begin to question their reality.
Sometimes he is able to start to open his mind without formal help, but even then it is always some change in his perception of interpersonal relationships that enables him to do so. Sometimes he needs a more structured, extended relationship with an “official” therapist. Either way, the task is the same; the patient must be helped to change his
mind about the “reality” of illusions.
