Meet Cassandra Hopkins, RN Area Executive Director for Christus VNA Homecare.
Cassie has been a nurse for 16 years with a degree in Business Administration and is a retired US Army Sergeant. She was in the military for 7 years. She joined us over 5 1/2 years ago and has been an asset to the organization. She began as a Patient Care Manager in 2019, promoted to Clinical Director in 2020, then to Executive Director in 2021, and now our Area Executive Director in 2025.
As a leader she supports 2 of our San Antonio agencies with a combined census of over 850 patients. She has been very instrumental in our growth. Over the years she always goes above and beyond for our employees and our patients. Delivering quality care is her focus and her passion. She is one of the most dedicated and supportive leaders.
Fun Facts:
1) She competed in relays, 4x400, 4x200 relays and 100 meter dash in High School
2) She is a Wife, Mother to 3 beautiful kids, and youngest of 7 siblings.
3) Hobbies include Interior decorating and fashion.
