•Know Your Skin: Regularly examine your skin for any new or changing moles.

•ABCDE Rule: Look for Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color variation, Diameter larger than 6mm, and Evolution of moles.

•Sun Safety: Use broad-spectrum sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and seek shade during peak sun hours and REAPPLY!!

•Stay Informed: Educate yourself about risk factors and family history.

•Consult a Professional: If you notice any changes, don’t hesitate to contact your dermatologist.

Stay proactive about your skin health & most importantly stay on schedule with your yearly skin checks!

A true Disney enthusiast and photography lover, she captures the beauty of life on click at a time. Dr. Johnson’s love for her family is unparalleled, she radiates every time she speaks of them ❤️
