This Thanksgiving, we pause to honor the brave men and women who serve and have served our nation. We extend our gratitude to the military families who sacrifice so much, and to those spending the holiday apart from loved ones. You remain in our hearts.

Please note: Our clinic will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, and will remain closed through Friday, November 28. We will reopen on Monday, December 1.

PSTAIR is a 12–16 week treatment designed to help you strengthen your parenting skills and manage the overwhelming feelings that can come with being a military-connected mother.

PSTAIR supports military-connected moms in managing feelings like overwhelm, distress, or anger after difficult or stressful events, helping improve their well-being and how they show up as a parent. This program combines two evidence-based modalities: STAIR, for developing emotional regulation and coping skills, and PC-CARE, for developing positive parenting skills.
