At the Heart to Heart Soulful Journey Support Circle, we offer a transformative space for individuals on a spiritual path, seeking to explore metaphysical concepts and personal growth. As a former drag race driver….yes me…one of the essential things you want to remember when your world starts to spin is…”Don’t look at the wall”. And the same is true for life. If your world starts to spin out of control become laser focused on what you want. Ignore the rest of the craziness around you and focus on the clearing you want to go through and getting to what you want on the other side. Where have you been sitting and staring at a wall instead of focusing on the clearing with what you want? What’s one step you can take to change directions? Now go take it! ~R

This is not just a grief support circle. This is a community of support for women who have been through something and now they are different. They’ve walked through the storm and now they are standing on the other side asking, “Who am I now?”

This support circle is about discovery and empowering ourselves to choose who it is that we become now, not just about survival. It also includes an Emotional Release Flow activity to move blocks and negative energy out of our bodies and raise our vibration for our Next Level.
