Stogo is 5! In 2017 we saw our nursing leader friends struggling with open shift management and thought that there had to be a better way. We set out with the goal of “making it easier to work in healthcare.” A simple statement, but difficult task!! We have spent the last five years and thousands of hours collecting feedback from staff to continue to make Stogo better. So often hospital leaders are expected to “Just get by,” with what they have. Well at Stogo, we say “Don’t get by, get better!”

5 years later, over 17,000 staff have used Stogo to pick up over 140,000 shifts, which equates to 1.5 million hours of care! Not to mention thousands of hours saved by our nursing leader friends who are tasked with open shift management. And thousands of satisfied staff who have easier access and more control over their schedules.

We are proud to be able to stand with our users during these challenging times. It has been an incredible first five years and we are excited to see what the future holds for us and our incredible Stogo users!

The San Antonio Stogo team celebrated the 4 year workaversary of Jacob Vinh, our Executive Director of Strategic Development, with full hearts and full bellies! Thank you for helping us celebrate!

Jacob joined our team after getting his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baylor and completing his administrative residency with a hospital system right here in San Antonio. “After completing my hospital residency I was looking to utilize the lessons I had learned to make a change in Healthcare. I saw Stogo as an opportunity to be part of something truly innovative.”
