Hi everyone!

Just hopping on to share some exciting news! We will be hosting a Baby/Toddler wearing Fall Workshop with and at COREssentials on Saturday, November 4th 10:00 am- 12:00 pm.

We will be going through posture and movement pattern screens, baby wearing during yoga and fitness, and discussions on pressure management, pelvic floor and other body considerations while wearing an infant or toddler.

We will also have a representative from joining us to assist with their amazing wraps!
