Ways to take care of yourself:
Keep a gratitude journal and write in it three to five times/week.
Exercise often - even a short walk helps.
Incorporate good “sleep hygiene” - like reading a book at night or drinking a cup of calming tea.
Meditate or at least take some deep breaths often during the day.
Eat healthy foods. Good nourishment makes us feel we are taking care of ourselves.
