From dislike to confidence! 💪✨ This strong athletic woman disliked her heavy, asymmetric implants from a previous surgery done by another surgeon. We removed bilateral implants, performed a mastopexy lift, and used her own breast tissue as a flap for superior fullness. By removing tissue on the larger side, we achieved perfect balance. Now, at 8 weeks post-op, she’s thrilled with her results! A mastopexy should be not only a lifting of the breast tissue but a sculpting of the remaining breast tissue! What a wonderful woman!
