In IFS, we understand that every behavior comes from a part of us - usually one that developed to protect us or help us survive.
When a child is corrected without connection, a part of them may take on shame, believing “I’m bad,” instead of “I made a mistake.”
This burden of shame often carries into adulthood, showing up as inner critics, people-pleasing, or deep fears of being rejected.
But when we pause to connect - with our child AND with our own inner parts - we invite healing.
💚Connection tells our parts:
✨You are seen.
✨You are safe.
✨You are not alone.
To the mamas healing their inner child wounds while holding space for their own children’s big emotions - you are doing sacred work. And your connected presence is already changing everything.
To the mamas who are ready to explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity. I offer IFS-informed therapy for cycle-breaking moms who want to parent different and heal differently.
