Even the kid with the most medals often feels like a fraud.

Imposter syndrome doesn't care how many trophies are on the shelf. If your athlete feels like they "got lucky" or don't belong on the elite team, they will eventually play down to that belief.

Replace their "What if I fail?" with "I've earned this spot."

Does your athlete hesitate to take the shot because they’re terrified of missing?

Perfectionism isn't a "high standard"—it's a handbrake. It causes the hesitation that leads to turnovers and lost playing time. When they learn to trade perfectionism for self-awareness, they play faster, freer, and better.

Help them take the handbrake off. 🔗 https://gettingritty.com/

College coaches aren't just looking at stats; they are looking at body language.

Does your athlete slump their shoulders after a strikeout? Do they hide after a turnover? You’re investing thousands in exposure—don’t let poor mental systems ruin the scout's evaluation.

Give them the "Starter" body language that coaches crave.

Is your athlete "the best player in practice" but "average on game day"?

That’s the Talent Trap.

When the lights go on, talent isn't enough—they need a system. Dr. J’s 4 F’s give your athlete a repeatable blueprint to handle the stress of game day so their practice skills actually show up when it counts.

Move from "Practice Star" to "Game Day Closer."

Parents: What is the #1 thing that causes your athlete to lose their "spark" during a game?

A) A bad call by the ref
B) Making a physical error
C) Pressure from the sidelines/scouts
D) Getting benched

Drop a letter below. Let’s talk about how to protect that spark. ⬇️

We’ve all been there. The silent, heavy car ride home after your athlete had one bad play and checked out for the rest of the game.

It’s heartbreaking to watch them be their own worst enemy. You can't "cheer" them into confidence, but you can gift them the tools to build it.

Turn those quiet car rides into comeback stories.

You’ve spent years and thousands of $$$ developing their body. Is it time to spend one month developing their mind?

Mental strength = skill strength.

When the talent levels out (and it always does), the mental game is the only thing that separates the pack.

Secure your investment. Train the mind.

Spring Season is HERE.
Are your athletes mentally ready?

Confidence. Focus. Composure under pressure.
That’s what separates good from great.

You’ve paid for the elite club fees, the private hitting coach, and the $300 cleats. But if your athlete doesn’t believe they belong on that field, you’re paying for an expensive view from the bench.

Physical skills get them scouted; mental belief gets them played. Don't let a lack of confidence be the ceiling on your investment.

Stop watching talent go to waste. Train the mental side.
