Down 10lbs and 3 inches on her waist. Paula is definitely getting exactly what she wanted. We train 2x a week and she works very hard. All this working out is new to her but I’m here to always show and guide my clients on how to achieve the body they want.

Pics 2 months apart. begging weight was 220 lbs and currently he is at 235 lbs. His waist hasn’t got any bigger, all his weight gain is pure muscle lean muscle mass . We are starting to cut his calories slowly to get him ready to step on stage for his 1st show in October.
