Examples:

Rest isn’t “doing nothing” — it’s when your body actually adapts. When you train, you’re creating tiny amounts of stress on your muscles and nervous system. The progress doesn’t come from the workout itself
 it comes from what your body does afterward: repairing muscle tissue, restoring energy (like glycogen), reducing inflammation, and rebuilding stronger than before. If you never give yourself that pause, you’re basically asking your body to perform without ever refueling or recovering.
