The energy in the room was something special—an amazing group of people coming together, many of you experiencing your very first sound bath. There’s something so powerful about sharing that journey, and it truly made the night unforgettable.

I hope you all left feeling lighter, grounded, and a little more connected—to yourselves and to each other. Thank you for showing up with open hearts and trusting the experience.

Yesterday I held my very first Reiki Level 1 class ✨

My two students were an absolute dream to work with. We learned, we cried, we laughed—and moved through everything in between. It was one of those beautiful, sacred spaces where you can feel something shifting!

I am so grateful for these moments and for the souls who trust me to guide them through it 🤍

If you’ve been feeling the nudge, the curiosity toward Reiki… I see you. Future classes are already on my heart.

It’s been crazy busy over here, so this is over due.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the March Sound Bath participants!

I am feeling so much gratitude for everyone who joined the March sound bath 🤍

Each of you showed up with such openness, presence, and willingness to receive-and that energy is what makes these gatherings so special.
It's truly an honor to hold space for you, to witness your stillness, your release, and your reset.

These sessions are more than just sound... they're a shared moment of peace, connection, and healing-and that only happens because of you.

Thank you for trusting me, for being part of this beautiful community, and for allowing yourself the time to slow down and receive.

So proud to share that our 7-Week Chakra Series is officially complete ✨

What a beautiful journey it has been — seven weeks of healing, growth, awareness, release, breakthroughs, connection, and alignment. Watching each participant open, strengthen, and balance their energy from root to crown has been such an honor.

I am deeply grateful for the trust each of you placed in me and in this process. Doing this kind of inner work takes courage, vulnerability, and commitment — and you showed up fully. That’s something to be proud of. 💛

The shifts were real. The energy was powerful. The connection was heart-centered and supportive.

This experience reminded me why I love what I do.

✨ I will definitely be offering this series again in the summer — so stay tuned! If you missed this round and feel called to dive deep into your chakra alignment journey, another opportunity is coming.
