✨ Curious about Reiki but not sure what to expect? ✨
Let me walk you through it 💫

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, cozy space where you can take a deep breath and just be. We’ll start with a short chat to talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with—emotionally, physically, or energetically.

Then, you’ll lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table, covered with a blanket, and simply relax. I’ll gently place my hands over or just above your body and allow the Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most.

Most people feel calm, warm, lighter, or deeply rested. Some release built-up emotions. Every experience is unique, and there’s no right or wrong way to feel.

We’ll end with a short check-in to reflect (those who know me will argue that it’s not a “short” check in 😂), but it’s intended to be short.
You’ll leave feeling more peaceful, grounded, and reset.

💫Hi, I'm Judith Poole, and I'm so glad you're here.
I offer Reiki, sound baths, and a signature session I call Beyond Reiki — a deeply restorative blend of Reiki, crystal sound bowl healing, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.

I have been serving Helotes, TX, and the greater San Antonio area with heart-centered, intuitive energy work for many years now. My passion is helping people feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed - like a reset for the nervous system. Every session is personalized to meet you exactly where you are.

As a Reiki Master, my work is hands-on and rooted in both compassion and insight. Many of my clients say the clarity they receive during a session surprises them — in the best way. I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for allowing me to be part of your healing journey. It has been an honor to hold space for you, and I'm truly humbled by the trust you place in me with each session.

Beginning September 1st, 2025, there will be an increase in pricing for Reiki sessions. This change reflects the continued growth of my practice, the rising costs of maintaining a nurturing and supportive healing environment, and the additional time, energy, and care l invest in each session to give you the most aligned and powerful experience possible.
Reiki is an energetic investment in your well-being.
These sessions support emotional clarity, stress relief, physical healing, energetic alignment, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. When you invest in a Reiki session, you're not only receiving healing-you're creating space for transformation, balance, and self-love.

Lots of Sound Baths Lately!

Thinking about booking a private sound bath for yourself, family, or friends? Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

🔹 Advance Notice: Please reach out 4–5 months in advance to reserve your spot.

🔹 Fully Booked for 2025: I’m currently booked through 2025 for private sessions.

🔹 Availability: Private sound baths are available Monday through Wednesday only.

🔹 Public Sound Baths: Join us for our community sound bath on the last Monday of every month—a beautiful way to connect and reset. I’d love to see you there!

🔹 Location Options: Sound baths can be held at my space or yours. Travel to your location may include an additional fee.

How to Book:
To inquire about a private sound bath, simply send me a message with your preferred date. I’ll follow up with details. (Online booking is not available for private sessions at this time.)
