✨ We’re Excited to Introduce Thrive IV Therapy & Medical Wellness Services at Performance Chiropractic and Sports Rehab! ✨

We’re excited to announce the addition of IV hydration therapy, wellness injections, weight-management injections (including semaglutide, and medically supervised hormone replacement and hormone support therapy, offered through our partnership with Thrive IV.

These medical wellness services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse and performed under the supervision of a Texas-licensed Medical Doctor, in accordance with state regulations.

Available services include:
• IV hydration & nutrient therapy
• Wellness & vitamin injections
• Medically-supervised weight-management injections
• Medically-supervised hormone replacement and hormone support therapy

Services are available in-clinic and via mobile appointments, based on eligibility and completion of required medical screening.

Physician-directed medical services may include:
• Semaglutide and tirzepatide weight-management injections
• Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone hormone therapy

All medications and hormones are prescribed by a Texas-licensed Medical Doctor and administered by a licensed Registered Nurse under physician supervision.

These services are not chiropractic care and are offered independently under medical oversight to support overall wellness, energy, and recovery.

We can now see all patients again!

Per Governor Abbott and the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, beginning tomorrow, Friday, May 1st, 2020, we will resume scheduling all patients, including wellness patients.

• We continue to follow stringent disinfecting procedures, which have always included disinfecting our tables and other patient equipment before and after each patient's use. When not actively treating patients, we encourage the "6 foot rule" for social distancing.
