So many people avoid strength training because it can be viewed as dangerous or only for those that "want to looklike body builders." 🤦‍♂️

But strength/resistance training can provide so many incredible benefits for all those that regularly participate in it.

Using bodyweight, bands, cables, suspension systems, & free weights are all phenomenal ways to safely stress your joints & muscles to challenge your body drive adaptations like stronger bones, joints, & muscles!

🔥Watch your life completely change after making these small life changes:

1. Try & get at least 30min of sunlight each day
2. Drink 1/2 your bodyweight (lb) in floz of water per day
3. Consume at least 0.7g/lb of BW
4. Eat a whole foods diet, rich with color & variety (the more colors the better)
5. Get a consistent 7 or more hrs of sleep each night

I love supplementation, but we have to establish good, healthy habits to support the supplements we use. Supplements can absolutely change our lives, IF we provide a healthy environment (body) that can use them properly & efficiently
