1. Strong & able bodied is always going to be & feel better than undernourishing our bodies!
2. We can't spot reduce fat! Even if you're feeling your core burn from the pilates core workouts you've been finding online.
3. Restricting diets do nothing but teach us bad habits, as well as ruin our relationship with healthy foods! Each macro is important in its own specific way & is essential to the body's ability to take care of itself properly.
4. Do I really need to talk about this one?
5. Never in the history of supplement research have we found anything that meaningfully boosts metabolism aside from caffeine (which is still a minimal boost). You can absolutely still consume caffeine, but dont waste your money on expensive supplements that wont do anything for you.

😬As much as I would love to say you can, you won't see meaningful fat-loss without FIRST establishing & sticking to good habits for a prolonged period of time. It will almost always take longer than you think, so be patient & trust the process!
