❌️UPDATED NO-SHOW POLICY: ❌️

We’re committed to providing exceptional care and timely access to all of our patients and your time matters just as much as ours.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing timely care to all patients, we have updated our No-Show Policy to improve access and minimize last-minute scheduling gaps. Effective July 1, 2025:

A $75 fee will be charged for all missed appointments without at least 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice.

A $300 fee will be charged for any missed procedure, surgery, or cosmetic treatment appointment without proper notice.

Patients who miss three appointments in a calendar year without providing 48-hour notice may be dismissed from the practice and no longer eligible to scheduled with Texas Dermatology & Texas Dermatology Med Spa.

We understand that emergencies happen. To avoid a no show fee or dismissal from the practice, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
