My Nutrition Studio truly believes that food is medicine and it is important to us to demonstrate that healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated! We teach proper nutrition without eliminating favorite nostalgic meals, explore new ingredients to maximize taste in healthier cuisine, and coach clients to provide the best nutrition foundation for goal achievement. Protein needs met with this tuna tower bowl! If you need to slap a balanced nourishing lunch together *that tastes good try this— canned albacore tuna on leftover rice with cucumber slices, avocado, sriracha and sesame seeds. If I had seaweed in the house that would be in the mix too. Yay or nay?
