What’s our best advice to new couples who are expecting their first baby👇🏼
💫Be detailed in the support and love you need from your spouse
💫Ask for help- your spouse isn’t a mind reader
💫Openly share what feelings you have ..the good and the bad. Talk it through together and celebrate how incredible you each are doing 👏🏼
💫Give one another alone time for some fresh air (moms it’s hard at first to separate from baby but it will only support you)
💫Get in your date nights 1 or 2 a month if and when someone you trust can watch baby! Even if it’s a day date and just an hour or two alone together ❤️
💫Baby will adjust to your life and routine eventually, yes it will look very different from before but it’s so much better with the little +1 you created together ❤️😍!!!
