Spotlight on Kirtland Medical Group's Outstanding Efforts

The team at Kirtland Medical Group recently joined forces with the 377th Security Forces Group to ensure mission readiness and enhance occupational health compliance. Using their innovative Mobile Expeditionary Readiness Clinic (MERC), the Medical Group conducted a comprehensive outreach to update the SFG’s occupational health requirement status.

Results of this collaboration:
✅ Occupational Health Shop assignments were reviewed and updated for more than 250 members to ensure accuracy and alignment.
✅ 90 EKG tests completed.
✅ 90 Spirometry tests conducted.
✅ 69 Respirator Questionnaires completed.
✅ 105 Physical Health Assessment Questionnaires (PHAQs) completed.
✅ 101 Physical Health Assessment (PHA)/Mental Health Assessment (MHA)/Occupational Health Exam (OHE) appointments scheduled.
✅ 101 Audiograms scheduled.
✅ 125 lab sample collections performed.
✅ Occupational Health compliance increased by 14%!

This remarkable effort demonstrates the power of teamwork and innovation in ensuring the health and readiness of our Security Forces personnel.
