Alamo City Urgent Care is a locally/Veteran Owned Urgent Care serving the Helotes and San Antonio area.
All families in and near San Antonio can visit Alamo City Urgent Care for comprehensive urgent care services. Our urgent care facility is conveniently located in the heart of the Far West Side of San Antonio, near Helotes and Leon Valley, at 8223 Marbach Rd, Suite 102, San Antonio, TX 78227 and 8110 W Loop 1604 N, Suite 102, San Antonio, TX 78254, USA.

Our team of specialists care for a plethora of urgent care needs. Some of the most common ailments that we see include back pain, abdominal discomfort, chest pain, and migraines. The same team also helps patients who come in with viral and bacterial infections, the flu, seasonal colds, or pneumonia.

Our practitioners regularly treat acute injuries and sports-related injuries for patients of any age, even children. They are equipped with an advanced high-definition x-ray imaging unit here in the clinic, which helps the team in diagnosing minor bone fractures, ankle sprains, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) knee injuries, and hamstring strains.

Here at Alamo City Urgent Care, our team offers an online check-in system allowing patients to alert us of their needs. This way, when the patient arrives at our urgent care, they can anticipate minimal wait times and fast service. If the patient needs a higher level of care than what we offer, our team will promptly arrange transportation to a facility that can provide the services needed.

Alamo City Urgent Care has flexible evening hours throughout the week, as well as availability on weekends. Our team is happy to serve both new and returning patients.
