Feeling that forward-head slump or tightness in your upper neck? This week, Ann’s showing how to restore balance with simple neck flexion and extension exercises — helping you move freely and stand taller.
👉 Here’s how:
1️⃣ Start in a neutral position, shoulders relaxed.
2️⃣ Gently tuck your chin down toward your chest (flexion).
3️⃣ Then slowly lift your head and look upward (extension).
4️⃣ Move slowly and breathe — this should feel relieving, not forced.
💡 These movements improve posture, reduce stiffness, and keep your neck aligned — especially after long days at a desk or on your phone.
