Flashback Friday!

I don’t always keep up with posting, but May has been full of meaningful moments, and this one deserves a highlight.

Earlier this month, I had the honor of presenting at the Brunch & Bloom event, where I helped bring a beautiful group of women together for honest conversation and connection. We explored ways to build community with intention, and the energy in the room reminded me just how powerful shared space can be.

With so much happening lately, I’m taking time to slow down, reflect, and stay aligned with what matters most. I am grateful for the moments that ground me and those who continue to remind me why I do this work.

This year is moving too fast—and as I take a moment to slow down and reflect, I want to share something I’m truly honored to be a part of.

I’ve been featured in She Is Magazine as one of the 5 Women You Should Know, and the timing couldn’t be more meaningful—right in sync with Maternal Mental Health Month.

To be recognized as a therapist, mother, and business owner during a time that highlights the importance of mental health, especially for mothers, is incredibly affirming. This work is deeply personal, and I’m proud of the impact I’ve been fortunate to make in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to Michelle for curating a platform that celebrates purpose-driven women and meaningful work. I’m grateful to be included and inspired by the amazing women featured alongside me.

Wow!! I'm still taking it in, but last night was an amazing experience being surrounded by fellow community leaders and my incredible supporters at the 40 Under 40 event. I am deeply honored to do the work God intended for me, striving to transform lives within our community for the better. More reflections to come, but for now, I think a celebratory nap is in order.
