Outing Day Fun! 🚍
Our residents enjoyed a little retail therapy during today’s outing to Walmart! From picking out their favorite snacks to browsing through clothes, home goods, and more — it was a fun day of independence, fresh air, and smiles all around. 💙

Nothing like a good shopping trip to lift the spirits! 🛒

We had a fun-filled day here at the community! 🐾💜 A big thank you to Holy Savior Hospice for the sweet pup visits with Hazel— our residents absolutely loved the cuddles and wagging tails! 🐶🐱

This morning, our kitchen came alive during our cooking class as residents joined in to make delicious breakfast tacos—and yes, they were as good as they sound! 🌮👨‍🍳

In the afternoon, we got creative with some arts and crafts, making patriotic decorations just in time for the season! 🎨🇺🇸

There’s never a dull moment around here, and we love every minute of it! ❤️

Dear friends and families,

In partnership with San Antonio Y100 Radio Station and Gunn Automotive, we are able to assist the victims of the tragic flooding in Hunt,Ingram, and Kerrville, Texas. Please bring any toiletry item to the social work office this week July 7th 2025- July 11, 2025. Items must be received by 5:00 PM Friday, July 11, 2025. The Lev Social Worker will deliver all donated items to the designated Y100/ Gunn Automotive drop off location Saturday morning. All items will then be collected and distributed by the Kerrville division of Christian Assistance Ministry. It is true that many of the victims were vacationing in the Hill Country for the July 4th Holiday, and those survivors have likely returned to their respective homes in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and other areas. However, the permanent residents of Kerrville who were directly affected by flooding will greatly benefit from the distribution of personal care supplies that have been lost, could be low in stock, and may be an added expense during an already difficult time. This is an easy and effective way that as a community we can express our concern and assist those in need in the wake of the devastation they have experienced. Please refer to the list of suggested items below and invite friends and family to participate.
