We at Alamo Heights Counseling are so excited to announce our newest member of our clinical team, Lorelei Voronin, LPC, ATR.
Lorelei’s professional background includes extensive experience in trauma and art therapy across various mental health settings for children, teens and adults. This diverse experience has equipped her with the skills to address a wide range of mental health challenges. Through her experience with professional counselor and art therapy, she has curated a specialty in integrating trauma informed care with creativity. She says “I am passionate about the transformative power of trauma-focused art therapy in reducing PTSD symptoms and fostering resilience. Through engaging in the creative process and reflection, you can discover new perspectives and pathways to healing. You don’t have to be an artist to gain the benefits of art therapy!” Although her specialty is in trauma, she can also help with a variety of other mental health disorders. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop a plan to meet each client’s unique needs. She says, “When you leave a session, you will feel empowered, creative, and centered.”
Lorelei is available at our office on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
She's currently able to accept private pay, sliding scale, Aetna EAP, Aetna commercial, BCBS PPO, Curalinc EAP, Health Advocate, traditional Medicare, and TMHP Medicaid. She will be joining more panels in time.
