It’s long been assumed that providing housing support provides stability, helping people better manage their HIV infection and Get to Undetectable.
Thanks to funds from Gilead Sciences , we were able to put data behind this. SAAF’s Research Coordinador, Fabriel Torres, presented this research at the poster session this past week in DC.
Having the opportunity to share our work and network with our colleagues across the US was golden. Thank you Gilead!

SAAF was honored to welcome the Alamo Business Council (ABC) to our facility on Friday, August 15 🌈🏳️‍🌈. Alan Mauricio, Testing and Outreach Program Manager, and Eric Cartagena, Director of Client Services, hosted the group and gave a tour of our services 🏥.

Founded in 1984, ABC brings together active and retired LGBTQ+ professionals in San Antonio to build community and connections through monthly dinners 🍽️, social outings 🎉, and local day trips 🚌.
