"Building bridges, breaking barriers, one conversation at a time." ❤️💛💚

This National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, we recognize the disproportionate impact of HIV/AIDS on Black communities and the people working to change it.

Meet Tray. His work with the San Antonio AIDS Foundation embodies what true advocacy looks like: on the front lines of outreach, sitting with those who need to be heard, meeting every person with dignity and every challenge with unwavering commitment.

Behind the statistics are people. In San Antonio, Tray is doing the work to close gaps in health disparities one
conversation, one connection at a time.

Thank you for reminding us that ending stigma starts with human connection. 💚💛❤️
