Melody is an experienced registered yoga teacher (e-RYT500), a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider with over a thousand teaching hours of experience. She practiced yoga for 15 years before completing an intensive yoga teacher training program in Sedona, AZ which included asana, alignment, anatomy, pranayam

a, mantra, meditation, chakra, and Ayurveda training. Since completing her teacher training, she has continued to study with some of the most highly-regarded yoga instructors in the industry, such as Kathryn Budig, David Swenson, Sean Corn, Shiva Rae, Taylor Harkness, Gary Kraftsow, Sadie Nardini, Bo Forbes, Rama Jyoti Vernon and Tiffany Cruikshank. She is currently teaching virtual group classes and privates from her home in San Antonio, Texas and the from the Vidamor Holistic Clinic in Boerne, Texas. Is it possible to relax and achieve success? In a world where we are celebrated for making things happen. Is it possible to trust that things will work out even if we slow down a bit? I will share that my very best opportunities have found me. I did not seek them out. In many cases, I didn’t even know the opportunity existed until it found its way into my life. I simply chose work I enjoyed. I have dedicated the last two decades working in a way that serves others and things have worked out better than I could have orchestrated. May you find ways to breathe deeply, sleep soundly and comfortably pay your bills. 😊

Meditation, or a contemplative practice like meditation, can assist us in managing the harmful effects of stress, ultimately making us more resilient. In addition, meditation can help refine our discernment such that we realize how our actions are perpetuating stress and drama in our lives. Join me in May for the following: I will be offering a live-stream fitness program that includes strength training and yoga. Price is $80. If you prefer to practice live-stream gentle yoga, I will offer 4 one-hour sessions in the month of May. Price is $48. Those who are interested in studio yoga classes, I teach 4 on-hour sessions on Mondays. Price is $50. In addition, Anastasia and I will offer 8 live-stream meditation sessions. Each session is 15 minutes long and the meditation sessions are FREE for the month of May to commemorate National Meditation Month. In addition, I will offer a FREE live-stream, Yoga Nidra on, National Meditation Day, May 21st from 8-8:30PM.
