Take me to book store and I am a happy camper! There are some wonderful studies that show how reading can be so beneficial for your health and reducing stress. I have found that reading is like a muscle. Each year, I find that I'm able to read more and finish more books. This wasn't the case before. If you keep reading, you will read more and more over time. I have found it to be a nourishing habit I want to keep this year.
