Our Story

Founded in 2012, Texas Psychological and Consultation Services (TPACS) is a specialized psychological and mental healthcare practice serving areas across the State of Texas; maintaining a strong presence throughout South Texas including the Greater San Antonio area, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley. Our mission has been to bring the highest quality of care to the underserved and that has allowed us to expand and touch the lives of more children in areas such as El Paso and Houston (and everywhere in between). We are particularly proud to have had the opportunity to provide thousands of children and families with Spanish-language, culturally-competent services.
