Ok. I thought I would give you an update on what I’m on. I am blown away. This product, called Phix, is unbelievable. Not only am I sleeping all night without waking up during the night, I’m calmer, not taking afternoon naps plus look at my losses! All good.
Almost 2 inches from the waist and chest and also loss in my stomach. Best of all, no side effects, no taste, no conflicting with medications if you take any.

As a Health Coach, I am passionate about helping people get and stay healthy. After all, if you don’t have your health, how can you enjoy anything!
I am all about the natural things to help heal and help your body. I have come across something fantastic. All natural, no side effects and no interference with medications! Of course, the end results would be to be off medications. (Make sure you don’t stop until speaking with your healthcare professional)
Results? Yes! I started 2 weeks ago and so did my husband.
His first- he was having high blood pressure readings, 150/101.
Just 2 weeks on this- yesterday it was 122/77! What???
He also used to wake up in the middle of the night, 2,3, sometimes 4 times. Now? Sometimes sleeps all night and maybe got up once or twice in the past 2 weeks.
Losing inches too.
ME? I had been having anxiety for a month. Now? Much more calm, I also sleep better and my no more
Mid-day naps! I sleep all night!
A few inches lost too. 2 weeks???

SA Health Coach was started after my own health scare. I discovered a small lump in my throat and immediately panicked! I went to see the doctor and of course they wanted to run blood tests, but more importantly, they wanted to do a biopsy, take a small sample to see what it was.
After a week of agonizing and bad thoughts of it being the C word, I started thinking where does this come from, why do some people get it and others don’t? I had all these questions especially since no one in my family had ever had this disease in any form! We are mediterranean and have always eaten semi healthy! That word semi because after all, we live in a western society where everything is fast and easy, as in fast foods! And everyone knows this is not healthy.
After getting the “clear” diagnosis, I started to research more and decided to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I wanted to study more for myself, but also to help people understand how to live a healthier lifestyle without compromosing taste and normal day to day living!
SA Health Coach helps women and men with their overall health and food choices. We are hugs advocates of Plexus products, but you are not pushed into buying anything at all! These are simply supplements that helped me get healthier by getting my gut healthier and support my food choices.
