ANY ONE WHO IS GOING THROUGH the UGLY C - Treatments....

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has followed my journey over these past 3+ years.

My focus has been simple… to follow the Lord and the path He has for me. When you look to Him for direction, strength, and restoration, He may lead you down a path you never expected but always one that grow
After walking through serious health battles twice, I’ve learned not to take a single day for granted. I want to do everything I can to be the best version of myself, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

This part of my journey began about 8 weeks ago when my friend Kylie introduced me to these drops and the company MPG, no pressure, just sharing.

At the time, I was still finishing my final treatments. Anyone who’s been through that kind of journey knows how challenging those days can be. I was doing what I could to support my body, but there were still moments that were tough.

I started the drops, and within days, I personally noticed a difference in how I was feeling, less discomfort, more steady energy, and a greater sense of calm. That alone felt like a huge win for me. 🙌

As the weeks went on, I continued to notice positive changes, more energy, better rest, and just an overall sense of balance. I found myself more present with my husband, my grandchildren, and others around me. Even the little things didn’t seem to affect me the same way anymore.

Over time, I was able to simplify some of what I was taking and really focus on consistency.

Then came a very emotional season for our family… we lost my dad at the end of March. During that time, there was travel, planning, and supporting one another—all while I was also finishing my final treatment.

And through it all… the Lord gave me such a deep sense of peace. 🙏
Even in the middle of everything, I felt a calmness, focus, and steady energy that carried me through.

I truly believe our bodies were designed with an incredible ability to restore and rebalance when we give them the right support. These drops have been a part of that support for me, and I’m grateful for how I’ve been feeling on this journey.

Our Story

SA Health Coach was started after my own health scare. I discovered a small lump in my throat and immediately panicked! I went to see the doctor and of course they wanted to run blood tests, but more importantly, they wanted to do a biopsy, take a small sample to see what it was.

After a week of agonizing and bad thoughts of it being the C word, I started thinking where does this come from, why do some people get it and others don’t? I had all these questions especially since no one in my family had ever had this disease in any form! We are mediterranean and have always eaten semi healthy! That word semi because after all, we live in a western society where everything is fast and easy, as in fast foods! And everyone knows this is not healthy.

After getting the “clear” diagnosis, I started to research more and decided to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I wanted to study more for myself, but also to help people understand how to live a healthier lifestyle without compromosing taste and normal day to day living!

SA Health Coach helps women and men with their overall health and food choices. We are hugs advocates of Plexus products, but you are not pushed into buying anything at all! These are simply supplements that helped me get healthier by getting my gut healthier and support my food choices.
