Meet Our Providers.
Danielle Coulter, M.D.

Dr. Coulter joined AES as Principal Investigator after 13 years of clinical practice. Her experience has included Obstetrics and Gynecology, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Occupational and Correctional Medicine treating patients with an array of chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, and dyslipidemia, as well as acute illnesses and injuries. She earned her medical degree at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and feels passionately about advancing health in our community through clinical research. In her free time, she can be found at the park or on the hiking trails around town with her husband, kids and puppies or in a yoga studio. She is a proponent of whole person health valuing nutrition, activity and mindset along with medical advances.

Fight Hunger With the
National Association of Letter Carriers!

The San Antonio Food Bank is proud to partner again with NALC for the Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive, one of the largest single-day food drives in the country. With the support of CPS Energy, Letter Carriers delivered plastic bags to 600,000 households in San Antonio and surrounding areas. NALC is encouraging households to fill the bag with non-perishable food and place it out by their mailbox on Saturday, May 11, 2024 by 7 AM. Your local Letter Carrier will pick up your food donations as they deliver mail along their routes.

Our staff includes a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, licensed nurses and experienced study coordinators. The San Antonio Synexus site is conveniently located in the medical center area, in the Ashford Oaks Building on Datapoint Drive and also have plenty of free covered parking.
