When working with training clients I’ve often worked to encourage them that at the beginning stages of any endeavor the biggest accomplishment is just starting, taking action and putting the process into motion. Mistakes will be made, things will get missed or need improvement, but starting is still the primary accomplishment. All subsequent achievements and failures will lie ahead but step one is the true catalyst for what the future holds.
So here I am taking what to me is a giant step into unknown territory. Not sure where it will lead or at what pace but I’m guaranteed to not know if i don’t begin.
I’ve started a newsletter entitled Fitness Endeavors. Well if you’d be so kind join, subscribe and all that jazz! In my first post i kinda give a run down of my thoughts about what it is or may be.
If you think it’s kinda neat, and worthy do me a favor and share it with your Face Book friends.
I am 100% open to feedback on here or on the newsletter if there’s a section 😬 not sure I’ve figured out all that stuff thus far.
Have an idea or a topic send it my way, i definitely enjoy researching thoughts, ideas and formulating thoughts and ideas in a wide variety of topics. ( yall should all know that already though)
Go in expecting the occasional typo or autocorrect, I’ve tried to catch but i guess hey it happens.
One aspect of this whole thing i haven’t taken the first step on is, working to interview other people to chat about their “Fitness Endeavors“. That will be a new venture as well but I truly enjoy getting to know people and their journey that has led them to where they are in life. So if that’s of interest definitely let me know and I’ll be working to figure out a good starting point.
