Serene Hallows Counseling Providing professional counseling services to individuals and families and specializing in individual and group anger management program and play therapy.

I aim to provide the client with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. Rather than viewing people as inherently flawed, with problematic behaviors and thoughts that require treatment, I believe in the person-centered therapy approach which identifies that each person has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. Carl Rogers termed this natural human inclination “actualizing tendency,” or self-actualization.

I'd think the next step is to remove the question, "Have you ever been convicted of crime?" from job applications, because the point is moot now. Congratulations to all the convicted felons, y'all finally get that second chance now! There is absolutely no reason why you should not be able to get that job you so desperately need to provide for your family. There is a precedent now.
