We have vent and trach rooms available! We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Cardiac Therapy, Stroke Therapy, Vent Therapy, Trach Therapy, In-House Hemodialysis, Wound Care with Wound Vac Therapy, and we have 10 long term beds available as well!

We’re located in the Castle Hills Community near the North Star Mall less than 2 miles from 410 in San Antonio Texas. We’re the only SNF with 24/7 Respiratory Therapists with a full Vent Ward and In-House Hemodialysis!! Our entire staff engages with all of residents consistently to help their quality or care!!

We had some pretty fancy prizes during our Loteria Games!

New cell phone, clock radio and perfumes. Our residents were definitely all smiles😊 thank you to our amazing Social Worker Tamara for your perfume donations were definitely a hit❤️🙏
