Last week was filled with so much love and appreciation from our community, and we are beyond grateful for everyone who helped make our team feel special!

Nursing Spotlight! 🩷

As this week comes to an end, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible nurses who pour their hearts into this home every single day. The ones who show up through the hard days, the long shifts, the chaos, the laughter, and every moment in between.

Each of these nurses brings something different to our team — strength, compassion, humor, leadership, wisdom, patience, resilience, and heart. Together, they help make Stonecreek feel like home for our residents and families.

From new nurses growing into strong leaders, to those who have dedicated decades of their lives to caring for others, we are so proud of the team standing behind our residents each day and night. Their impact goes far beyond medications and charting — they build relationships, provide comfort, advocate fiercely, and love our residents well.

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the care you give, and the countless ways you make a difference that often goes unseen. Stonecreek is better because of each one of you.
