Our first round of Alzheimer’s Walk shirts is officially ordered! YAY! 🎉💜 Thank you to everyone who got their order in. If you missed it, don’t stress we’re placing ONE MORE order before the walk!

We’re inviting our community to walk alongside us at the Alzheimer’s Walk on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 (more details on times soon) in downtown San Augustine. Let’s come together to raise awareness, show support, and honor the memories that matter most. 💜🐘

🎃🍿 Outdoor Movie & Trunk-or-Treat Night! 🎬👻

Join us at Stonecreek Nursing & Rehabilitation on Tuesday, October 28th for an evening full of fun!

✨ 6:00 PM – Trunk-or-Treat
Bring the kids in costume and enjoy a safe and festive trick-or-treating experience!

✨ Afterwards – Movie on the Lawn
We’ll be showing “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” 🎥 under the stars!

🍿 Snacks & Drinks
✨Free popcorn, nachos & drinks will be served during the movie

Our residents got creative today, painting beautiful fall leaves with a fun new method using glue and salt! 🍂✨ The textures and colors really made their artwork pop—each leaf turned out unique, just like the season itself. 🎨🖌️
