Uplifting Family Practice will be closing at 3:00 PM so our team can set up at Christmas on the Resaca! 🎄

Come visit our table at Heavin Memorial Park tonight from 6 PM – 9 PM. We’ll be out there enjoying the tree lighting, holiday market, and kicking off the Christmas season with our community. 💚❤️
