We had a great day hosting Councilman Oscar Ortiz () at our SAC Health Indio clinic last week!

It was a pleasure walking him through our facility and sharing the heart behind what we do. We focused on our pediatric services and the specialized care we provide to ensure the children and families of Indio have a healthy place to grow and thrive.

A Huge Thank You! 🙏
We also want to give a special shout-out to Councilman Ortiz for recognizing SAC Health’s work during the recent Indio City Council meeting. Your support for accessible healthcare makes a world of difference for our patients and our team!

Your body actually needs cholesterol to build cells and make hormones—the secret is finding the right balance! ⚖️

In this episode of SAC Health Answers, we move past the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and focus on actionable management. We’re breaking down the lifestyle shifts and clinical strategies that actually make a difference in reducing flares and clearing the "fibro fog."

We also talk about the strategy when dealing with the "double whammy" of Fibromyalgia and a Connective Tissue Disease (like Lupus, Scleroderma, or RA).

For such a complex disease, we have quite a long episode. You can always go to our YouTube channel to watch the complete videos of all our episodes.
