Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital Ballard Rehabilitation is a free-standing acute rehabilitation hospital. Servicing Southern California and Nevada for over 45 years.

Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital is the only licensed acute care rehabilitation hospital in the Inland Empire. We offer the people of our community with a valued medical resource aimed at helping people overcome functional limitations and restoring their independence. Serious injuries and illnesses can often result in disabilities that make it more difficult for people to resume their day-to-day lives even after they have been discharged from the hospital. Our goal is to help people eliminate these issues completely, or find ways to work around them so that the patient can enjoy a higher quality of life.
