Lunch featured a cozy split pea purée paired with a classic grilled cheese on white bread, made with Havarti and fresh tomato—simple, satisfying, and nostalgic in the best way. Dinner brought it home with a bone-in pork chop, pan-seared and smothered in our house-made herb gravy, finished with bacon bits. Served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans, it was a hearty, comforting meal our residents truly enjoyed. Every plate is thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The kind of meals that make residents linger a little longer at the table.

Dinner here isn’t rushed. It’s enjoyed. And yes… this is just a regular night at Villas.
