International Black Sheep Society Of Genealogists

International Black Sheep Society Of Genealogists A social organization for those genealogists who are researching and have found "Black Sheep" ancestors. Jeffery G. Scism, IBSSG
Flockmaster

The International Black Sheep Society Of Genealogists was established January 1, 1998. Known as the "IBSSG" it remains a social place for Genealogists to exchange information and simply socialize. There are no membership dues, If you have Black Sheep ancestors they paid them for you. Membership has two entry points, either by declaration of your Blacksheep in this forum, or on the Blacksheep mailing list, OR by applying privately if the public disclosure may injure you or your family/friends. Our Tender Lamb coordinator doesn't reveal anything she is told, to gain membership, not even the Flockmaster knows. Those who apply and are accepted may use the IBSSG initials after their name in genealogy correspondences.
