Parking problems, like the one shown in this photo, frequently happen with side lift vans. But, can you fault the driver of the vehicle next to you if they are parked within the lines of the parking space? What have you done when you are in this situation? What do you think could be done to solve this problem?

Disabled parking misuse and abuse occurs at an alarming rate, yet nothing is being done to remedy the problem. We need to address how deplorable it is to park in disabled parking when you should not be.
