I offer an initial 20 minute complimentary session to discuss how we could work together. Healthy eating has been important to me my whole life. With parents who entered the health food industry when whole wheat bread was an anomaly, I remember being excited to go to college and buy my very own fluffy, white bread and smooth, Jiffy peanut butter, which, to my surprise, ended up sitting in my cabinet virtually untouched for the entire year. Turns out I was a healthy eater at heart!
