๐ Close your eyes
๐คฒ Cover them with your palms so no light can get in
โบ๏ธ Relax as much as possible, especially in your neck and shoulders (elbows supported if possible)
๐ฌ๏ธ Breathe slowly for 90 seconds in and out through your nose
๐ Remove your palms and slowly open your eyes allowing them to readjust to the light
