Daily yoga and meditation classes

A workshop to deepen your practice

Evening in the beautiful town of Ostuni the white town.

A beach day near Polignano a Mare where Domenico Modugno was from, the original singer of hit Italian song "Volare".

Puglia is back - July 2nd to 7th 2026. We will be heading back to our favorite Masseria in Martina. Included:

- Daily yoga morning yoga with asana, pranayama and meditation.
- Afternoon workshop style sessions to deepen your practice (except excursion days)

What a magical week we spent at 🧡 photos don’t do it justice. We are home but still feeling the wonderful effects of time by the sea and under the sun in Goa 🇮🇳 thank you to this amazing group that made it all so magical. More photos and videos to come 🙏🏽

Yoga is a practice that has helped us walk through life with more ease, happiness and peace. We are both so happy to have found this practice young. 
To celebrate International Yoga Day we are launching our retreat to India, the home of Yoga. As many of you know we met in India and lived there for several years. We are overjoyed to bring you back there in February of next year.
 We sent out feelers for this retreat last week and the waitlist is already 3/4 full. Registration is now open for this retreat so you can book your spots.
